At Hair Straightening Lounge, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional hair straightening and keratin services. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the time, products, and expertise involved, all services are non-refundable.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate to ensure your results meet my professional standards.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
No-Shows & Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. 
Retail Products (If Applicable)
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only.
