At Hair Straightening Lounge, I am committed to providing high-quality, professional hair straightening and smoothing services. Due to the personalized nature of the work, time, products, and expertise involved, all services are non-refundable.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate to ensure your results meet my professional standards.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards must be used within 1 year of purchase. Expire after 1 year of purchase.
Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Your non-refundable deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment date. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or the appointment is not rescheduled within that 7 day window, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-Shows & Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. 
Retail Products
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only.
