By accessing this website or booking serbices with Hair Straightening Lounge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Services
All services are provided based on professional consultation and client hair history. Results may vary depending on hair condition, prior treatments, and at-home care.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept approbed payment methods as listed in the studio or online booking system.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. 
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content for unlawful purposes. 
Limitation of Liability
Hair Straightening Lounge is not responsible for adverse results caused by undisclosed hair history, medical conditions, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.
